Jai and Happy were very empathetic and clear in communication in setting the right expectations. Not having dealt with a Property Management Company in the past was making us feel kind of curious with the value add, support etc. It is working well so far with the placement, avoiding hassles of dealing with the placement, coordination etc. It is lot more work, time, efforts than we think it is for the landlords. Happy is a great property manager to work with. There were very few issues with the condo, but the one or two there were, were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Happy made the entire leasing process genuinely easy. From the first showing to signing, she was quick to respond, straightforward with answers, and never left me chasing her for information. I had a long list of questions about the building, what was included, and the fine print in the lease, and she came back on every single one with clear answers instead of vague reassurances. When something needed confirming with the owner or the strata, she went and confirmed it rather than guessing. What stood out most was how organized she was. Paperwork was clean, the deposit and payment process was explained upfront with no surprises, and the move-in details were sorted well before the start date. That kind of professionalism is rare in rentals. If you are looking at a HomeLife property in Surrey or anywhere in the Lower Mainland, you are in good hands with Happy. Highly recommended.

I recently signed a rental agreement with Homelife. It was super easy and Dave was a superstar and made the magic happen for me and my family to have our next starting point. I was worried to go through a rental agency but he made the process convenient and easy.
