Michael Zhang

Michael Zhang is a licensed Rental Property Manager with 2 years of property management experience already in BC. He has received the education in Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

After graduation Michael has gained over 25 years’ experience in project management on new build and renovation works, in China he has worked for more than 10 years for reputable international companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Johnson Controls, he has also worked overseas for 5 years as construction project manager before moving to Canada.

As a property manager of HomeLife Benchmark Realty Corp., Michael is looking forward to serving the neighborhood and community in professional and diligent manner, to implement the company’s Core Values such as Higher Standards, Innovation, and most important “Caring”, we care about each other, our clients, and our community.
