Jai and Happy were very empathetic and clear in communication in setting the right expectations. Not having dealt with a Property Management Company in the past was making us feel kind of curious with the value add, support etc. It is working well so far with the placement, avoiding hassles of dealing with the placement, coordination etc. It is lot more work, time, efforts than we think it is for the landlords.
