Our Story

HomeLife Benchmark Realty was established in 1984. At that time the White Rock office had 7 salespeople. Today it boasts over 100 salespeople and is one of the largest real estate companies in the Fraser Valley.

As the number of rental properties under management grew, HomeLife decide to create a separate entity and team solely dedicated to property management and serving owners, investors and renters; thus HomeLife Property Management BC was born!

Locally owned and operated, the office has strong management support from Managing Broker & Owner, Rick Dubord. A support staff of 5 ensures that inquiries are handled promptly and professionally and that sales people receive the support they need to serve their customers and clients in a timely manner.

The HomeLife office in White Rock is located on the busiest street in the area and has over 75 linear feet of street front signage making it the obvious choice for visitors looking for property management or real estate support. You will also find HomeLife Listings strategically displayed in shopping malls and kiosks throughout the Fraser Valley. The listings range from residential to commercial and include condos, townhomes, homes and large acreage or farm properties.

Our Mission

HomeLife prides itself on enlisting the latest in technology and training. Software and processes are regularly updated while training sessions are provided to the property managers to ensure that they have all the latest tools and efficient means manage their properties and grow the portfolio effectively.

Our Community

The White Rock office is very involved in the community and has been since 1988, when it established a Community Public Relations (CPR) fund. All property managers and real estate agents contribute to this fund by donating a percentage of their gross commission annually. Each of the three high schools receives $1000 scholarships and contributions to their libraries. HomeLife is also a major sponsor of the Tour de White Rock, Semiahmoo House, the local arts scene and a host of other supportive community services.
