Big shout out to Matteo. He made our move from Toronto to Langley as smooth as possible. Fast, timely responses, actively listening to our concerns, helping us out every step of the process and continued support after the move in as well. Highly recommend hlpm and Matteo's services to anyone.

I truly appreciate Michelle taking the time to come to my home and evaluate my two-bedroom basement suite. It was incredibly kind and thoughtful of her to take time out of her busy day to meet with me, listen to my concerns and discuss everything with such care and understanding. I sincerely want to thank Michelle for her time, kindness, compassion, and willingness to help. I only wish there were more people like her who were willing to go the extra mile and take the time to support individuals in need. Michelle, your compassion and willingness to help mean more to me than you know. Thank you again for everything you're doing and for making the time to help me. I am truly grateful for your kindness and support!

Nikki was recommended by one of my friend and after contacting her she took all the burden from our shoulders and has gone above our expectations. We had a great and positive experience with Nikki Sull, right from the beggining of our communication. She is very kind, polite and professional. Highly recommend 👌

Jai and Happy were very empathetic and clear in communication in setting the right expectations. Not having dealt with a Property Management Company in the past was making us feel kind of curious with the value add, support etc. It is working well so far with the placement, avoiding hassles of dealing with the placement, coordination etc. It is lot more work, time, efforts than we think it is for the landlords. Thank You Jai and Happy.
