We had an excellent experience working Denean from HomeLife to find a renter for our condo in Fort Langley. She was very responsive, we heard from her the very next day after making an enquiry looking for assistance. As we were new to property rentals, Denean took care of all the details for us and made our experience as smooth as possible, even taking care of final arrangements for the tenant moving in while we were away on holidays. She placed a tenant for us much earlier than we expected and helped us with communications with strata, moving our possessions and taking care of appliance replacement and a number of other necessary repairs. Very communicative and flexible with her time. Highly recommend Denean for anyone looking for a proactive property manager who gets things done.

Rameena has been such a pleasure to deal wtih. Renting 7 units in one unit on a new build was quite a task but she delivered on what she promised. She was professional, organized, responded in a timely manner, all of the tenants also commented on her being the best realtor they had ever dealt with for property management placing.
